The Works Holdings is the parent of a portfolio of operating companies, wholly owned and managed by its founder. Each company runs on its own, with its own name, its own work and its own books.
The group spans four sectors and three countries: wine in India, distribution and investment in the United Kingdom, and professional services and real estate technology in the United Arab Emirates. The businesses sit at different stages, from operating and selling to forming and in development.
We are long-term holders. We back real businesses and grow them patiently rather than trading them. Where it is sound, the companies support one another: Pal Vineyards supplies SRA Reserve's United Kingdom distribution, and The Works Academy can build capability across the group. Where it is not, each company stands cleanly on its own.
The group is privately held and owner-led. It is open to investment, partnership and acquisition where the fit is right.
Every company is legally and financially its own. Records and capital never mix.
